Abs Attack

Adominal exercises to strengthen your core and improve your posture.

Aerobody

Participate in a fun and choreographed aerobic workout. Lose weight and tone up.

Aquacise

Whether you are a swimmer or non-swimmer, exercising in the water is an excellent choice of exercise concentrating on muscle tone and fitness. Highly recommended for those suffering with joint problems or injuries and for pre/post natal mothers.

Back Class

Specific classes for those with back problems, low impact exercises to help strengthen muscles and improve posture. This class teaches you how to control specific muscles individually avoiding future problems.

Boxing

Join our boxing club. Learn the basics in boxing, improving punching, footwork, head movement, discipline etc. From amateur to professional level.

Cardio Kickboxing

Physically demanding workout using kickboxing techniques to improve your cardiovascular.

Circuit

A mixture of low impact exercises, with the use of exercise equipment to improve, tone and strengthen the muscles of the lower body and abdominals.

Pilates

Improving body awareness through movement. Working from a mat with/ without equipment, this class exercises muscles such as the lower back and abdominals. Improves your posture and tone by using exercises designed to strengthen, lengthen and stretch your muscles. Ideal for all ages, levels, men and women and pre/post natal mothers.

Power Dumbell

Let your instructor take you through a challenging and strengthening workout, where you exercise all your major muscle groups, using the best weight room exercises, including curls, presses, lifts and squats. This class will improve muscle tone and increase weight loss.

Spin Express / Spin Cycle / Spinning

An indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the challenge with your team instructor who leads the group through flat terrain, mountain peaks and intensive speed intervals. This class will develop your cardio vascular fitness and burn plenty of calories.

Step in the Zone

A choreographed workout on a step platform with energising music and highly motivated instructors. This class will burn calories, increase your cardiovascular and aid in weight loss.

Strength & Stretch

Low impact exercise class coupled with body strength exercises. Designed to improve flexibility.

Yoga

Ashtanga yoga- physically intense for a more rigorous workout.
