With 28 years of experience in the world of Fitness, with much devotion and constant learning, I have always thought to be a very lucky person being able to devote myself to what I do. Having the satisfaction of helping others and being able to learn from my clients who help me grow as a person and as a professional in sport and in therapy.
With only three years active as a professional in the world of sport, I bring freshness, innovation, new techniques and new methods.
Specialising in improving cardiovascular function, muscle volume, fat loss and recovery of mobility, agility with the elderly.
I have been in fitness for over 20 years and still am surprised how much I learn from others.
The challenge is in starting, the discipline is in maintaining , the reward is self satisfaction.
Technique for me is key, the most important part of the plan. My greatest satisfaction is witnessing transformation in a person that improved fitness is guaranteed to bring.
Sport is a lifestyle. Our body is like a mirror and reflects this. I care and love my body because it is the only place that I have to live, and sport contributes to this, both physically and mentally.

As a female in my forties and a busy mother of three children I understand the challenges women face as our bodies are ever changing and I pride myself in my ability to sculpt and tone the problem areas that women face after child birth, during menopause and difficult periods during their lives that at times can lead to unwanted weight gain. My specialties lie in improving cardiovascular function, developing muscular strength and endurance and fat burning. My main aim is to keep it challenging yet fun in a safe and effective environment.
